Let’s check out the odds to win the NCAA tournament at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Feb. 17.

NCAA Men’s Tournament Winner 2025 odds:

Auburn: +330 (bet $10 to win $43 total)
Duke: +390 (bet $10 to win $49 total)
Florida: +950 (bet $10 to win $105 total)
Alabama: +1000 (bet $10 to win $110 total)

Iowa State: +1600 (bet $10 to win $170 total)

Auburn is the lone favorite atop the oddsboard after being tied with Duke last week.

The Tigers earned their biggest win of the season to date, defeating No. 2 Alabama on the road on Saturday.

With that, they moved from +400 last week to +330 this week.

Addressing two-time defending champion UConn, a program has not three-peated since John Wooden’s UCLA Bruins won six in a row from 1967 to 1973.

Since then, programs that have won two titles in a row include Duke (91-92), Florida (06-07), and the aforementioned UConn (23-24).

As of Feb. 17, the Huskies have gone 4-4 in their last eight and are +5000 to win the national title.
