As per policy of MoRT&H, MoU need to be signed for formation of SPV between Cochin Port Authority (CPA) and National Highway Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), a subsidiary of NHAI for development of MMLP,” the Ministry added.
MULTI MODAL LOGISTICS PARKS
